Visit to Great Seneca Creek
Elementary School

The pictures below were taken during the April 11th visit by the Governor to Great Seneca Creek Elementary School in Germantown.  It is the only official Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (L.E.E.D.) Green school in the state of Maryland.  People attending the school included Governor O’Malley, Comptroller Franchot, Senator Hogan, Delegates Bronrott, Barkley, and King, Executive Leggett, Board of Education members O’Neill and Branderman, and School Superintendent Weast.
